What are ending sounds? Ending sounds are the letter sounds at the end of a word. Examples of these are: t in cat, g in dog, n in pen, and d in hand. This game is a great way for your child to identify ending sounds. It will show your child an image and ask them to pick the train car with the matching ending sound.
They can play in two modes:
Practice Mode - This mode is great for a child just starting to learn about ending sounds. It allows them to practice identifying the ending sounds of words commonly used in the classroom. If they pick the wrong answer it will help them learn the correct one.
Play Mode - This mode challenges your child by earning points and levels for each train they fill. Each level they complete gives them less time to fill the train. If they run out of time or make a mistake they have to start the level over.
